Sponsoring more than 35,000 families with more than 150,000 individuals, whether orphans or poor, and providing thousands of patients, including their medical services and treatment, through 1,500 medical projects, 3 specialized hospitals, and 10 medical centers, and being responsible for their educational services and qualifying them for the labor market by managing more than 4,132 educational projects and 13,045 projects for productive families to help them earn lawful earnings, dispense with the humiliation of asking, and be active members in the development of their families and communities.

Hajj Mahmoud Nabeeh has not calmed down for a single day since laying the first building block for the Ayesh Foundation, in spending all his time and effort in diversifying charitable giving. Throughout the thirty years since its founding in 1994, the Ayesh foundation has built 1,500 mosques and dug more than 28,000 water wells for areas deprived of clean water.
