Hajj Mahmoud Nabeeh has not rested for a single day since he laid the first building block for the Ayesh Foundation, in spending all his time and effort in diversifying charitable causes. Throughout the thirty years since its founding in 1994, the Ayesh Foundation has built 1,300 mosques and dug more than 28,000 water wells for areas deprived of clean water. In addition to thousands of other various charitable activities and projects, such as food distribution, sacrifices, memorization centers, and so on. May God have mercy on him, he always instilled in us the love of goodness, giving, diligent work for lofty goals, and a feeling for those in need, which gave us a deep sense of great responsibility, which was clearly reflected in all aspects of our work in all our work team, which exceeds two hundred individuals.
Since I assumed responsibility for this huge edifice, I have vowed to myself to follow in the footsteps of this great father and distinguished leader and to try to recall the principles he taught us in exerting all our capabilities and efforts to benefit people.
Since then, I have undertaken the digital transformation of all the association’s activities and operations to make all transactions and expenditures more transparent and clear to all donors and government regulatory bodies.
It has worked to have an administrative ERP Software system of the latest technological systems to manage all administration processes, accounts, donations, expenditures, and management of various projects through a comprehensive system applied to all departments of the foundation.
We are also working on creating a special, innovative crowdfunding system that allows donors to donate much easier than before. It also enables them to donate to a specific charitable project or a specific case through the latest technologies and modern technological mechanisms including Blockchain technology.
In the field of health care, and due to my medical background and experience in that field, I gained special interest in developing hospitals and the health sector in the foundation. These efforts culminated, thanks to God alone, in obtaining a license for the new Ayesh Children’s Heart Hospital on an area of twenty thousand square meters in the 10th of Ramadan area, and we began Engineering work is indeed an extension of our amazing and unique success at Dar Al-Teb Hospital for pediatric heart surgeries (Ayesh Heart Hospital), which is a rare specialty that our children in Egypt have a great need for. There are only a very small number of hospitals that provide this service, and we are very proud of the success of more than 1,600 patients. Open heart surgery to correct congenital defects for newborns or children under two years old. We performed it in our hospital at the hands of a team of our most skilled international expert doctors, with a success rate exceeding 93%, which exceeds the international rates in the most famous hospitals in the same specialty.
In the field of social development, I work with our technology team to program a special system to link all volunteer efforts to train and qualify the largest number of young people and women with breadwinners, and to create small projects for them and provide everything they need, starting from training and qualification, to production requirements, distribution outlets, packaging products, and logistical and technical support through the Marketing Department. An umbrella for all these projects to facilitate their success in penetrating local and international markets. I dream that the “Together” system, which is the name of this system, will be a basic reference for all sister organizations that aim for community development in their activities.
I ask God Almighty to grant us strength and determination and to make us live up to the responsibility entrusted to us by our honorable donors in managing their donations and their charitable expenditures. It is a great trust. We ask God Almighty to be worthy of it and to facilitate for us reasons that will help us carry out that trust in a way that pleases Him with us.
